Invati Yoga & Wellness in Kelowna is running a 9D Breathwork session called The Relational Field on Friday, Oct. 30, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The workshop is aimed at people who want deeper connection and greater intimacy, according to the studio, and it is open to drop-ins at $65.

What happens in the session?

The studio describes the session as a chance to examine the patterns that keep people guarded, soften those defences and make room for more open, vulnerable connection. It combines breathwork with mindfulness and somatic practices, and the studio says participants also get tools for emotional release and self-regulation.

Invati presents 9D Breathwork as a blend of long-used breathing techniques with modern sound and frequency elements. The studio says the format is intended to move participants into alpha and theta brainwave states.

Why you should go

  • A specific focus on relationships: the session is built around how people relate to others, not general relaxation.
  • A mix of practices: breathing, mindfulness and somatic work are combined in one 90-minute block.
  • Take-home tools: the studio says participants leave with techniques for emotional release and self-regulation.
  • Suited to beginners: the studio frames the program for anyone feeling weighed down by stress or emotional pain, and for those curious about holistic wellness.
  • Simple access: it is a drop-in session at a stated price, with no membership mentioned.
