Olivia Rodrigo is back at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the U.S. album chart, for a third nonconsecutive week. Her album "You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love" climbed from second place on the chart dated Oct. 31, 2026, after she released a remix of "Expectations" with Chappell Roan on Oct. 15, according to Billboard chart reports.

How a single remix changed the chart

The remix, which also came with an official music video, lifted the album to 75,000 equivalent album units for the week ending Oct. 22, a 15% gain. Of that total, 63,000 units came from streaming (up 19%), 11,000 from album sales and 1,000 from track sales. The album has not left the weekly top five in its 19 weeks on the list.

Billboard's equivalent album units combine traditional sales, individual track sales and streams into one measure. One unit equals one album sale, 10 tracks sold from an album, or 2,500 ad-supported or 1,000 paid on-demand streams of songs from the album, as compiled by Luminate.

Who else is in the top 10?

Zach Bryan entered at No. 2 with "Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs," his sixth top-10 project, earning 65,500 units. The eight-song release, announced Oct. 12 and out four days later, includes collaborations with Lana Del Rey and Turnpike Troubadours and precedes a tour starting in April 2027. It is Bryan's second release this year, after "With Heaven on Top" debuted at No. 1 in January.

Others in the top 10 include:

  • Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem" at No. 3
  • Ella Langley's "Dandelion" at No. 4
  • Taylor Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl," down from No. 1 to No. 5 with 42,000 units
  • Noah Kahan's "The Great Divide" and "Stick Season"
  • Drake's "Habibti" at No. 7
  • Olivia Dean's "The Art of Loving" at No. 9
  • SZA's "SOS," back in the top 10 nearly four years after its December 2022 release

What to watch next

The full Oct. 31-dated chart was set to be posted on Billboard's website on Oct. 27. The key question is whether Rodrigo's remix boost carries into a second week, or whether Bryan's quick-turnaround release and Swift's slide signal more shuffling at the top.
